Holiday Sprinkles Tutorial1. Set your Paint Shop Pro preferences so that you view your rulers in pixels. File/Preferences/General Preferences. Now View/Rulers. You will be making sprinkles and tubing them, so you need to be able to space them evenly in the image. 
2. Open a new image 100x50, transparent background. Your paintbrush tool  should be set to these settings:
3. Place a red dot, a yellow dot, and a green dot on the image, evenly spaced apart. 
4. Apply an Inner Bevel with these settings: 
5. Your sprinkles should look like this: 
6. If you want your sprinkles to have a shadow, apply a drop shadow with these settings: 
7. Export as a picture tube (File/Export/Picture Tube) with these settings.
