Sweetheart Diner Wallpaper Page 2: Seats Now that we've got the background finished, on to the good stuff!! 9. Seat Poles: Add a new layer and name it 'seat poles'. Selections/Load from Disk. Load prc seatpoles.sel. Change your forground color to #808080. Flood fill the poles. Effects/Texture/Sculpture. Use these settings: pattern=a solid grey or silver (#2 on mine),smoothness=50, depth=20, ambience=0, shininess=35, color=white(#FFFFFF), angle=315, intensity=30, elevation=56. Now add a drop shadow by going Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow. Use these settings: Vertical=1, Horizontal=6, Opacity=70, Blur=4 10. Seat Tops Add a new layer and name it 'seat tops'. Change your forground color to #EB9BC1. Turn your background color off if it is on. Click on your shapes tool . On your Tools Options Toolbar, scroll way down until you can find and choose 'prc seat'. Use these settings: create as vector=CHECKED, line width=2, line style=solid Draw 2 seats tops at the tops of the seat poles. Use the handles to move them where you want them and to resize them to the desired shape. ON top toolbar, Layers/Convert to Raster Layer. Use your magic wand tool to select all of the transparent parts of the seats while holding down the shift key on your keyboard. This way you can select all of them at once. Change your forground color to #F3C3D9 and fill the seat selections with this color. With the seats still selected, go Effects/Texture Effects/Sculpture. Use these settings: pattern=a pink marble (#24 on mine), size=100, smoothness=50, depth=20,ambience=0,shininess=35, color=white (#FFFFFF), angle=315, intensity=30, elevation=56 Let's merge your seat pole layer with your seat top layer: On your layers toolbar, make the wall and counter layers invisible by putting x marks over the eyeglasses. Now Layers/Merge/Merge Visible on your top toolbar. Now on your newly merged layer, right-click on the name 'merged' on the layer toolbar. Rename that layer 'stools'. Now make all layers visible. See below. Let's duplicate those seats so it looks more like a diner with many places to sit. Click on your selection tool on your left toolbar. Set selection type=rectangle, feather=0, antialias UNchecked. Draw a rectangle around both seats, then click inside the rectangle. Control+c on your keyboard to copy. Top toolbar: Edit/Paste/As New Selection. Move the new seats to where you want them. Now right-click on the seats to deselect them. Do this a couple of times until you have enough seats in your diner. To move seats around or delete specific ones, use your selection tool to draw a rectangle around the one you want to move/delete, then click on the seat. The seat is selected and you can move it with your mouse or delete it by hitting 'delete' on your keyboard. When you get yours how you like it, now is a good time to save again and to empty your command history and clipboard again. Go file/empty/command history and file/empty/clipboard. Doing this will cut down on the memory you are using, cutting the chances your PSP will lock up and make your reboot your computer.
