On your tool options, scroll way down to find and choose the shape called 'prc_shoe', create as a vector=checked, line width=2. Draw a shoe at the end of the girl's leg. Use the vector handles to move and reshape the shape until you have it the way you want it. head: Change your forground color to #FFBFC0. Change the background color to #FFDBDC. Click on your preset shapes button . On your tool options, scroll way up to find and choose the shape called 'ellipse' (this came with PSP), create as a vector=checked, line width=2. Draw a head for the girl. Use the vector handles to move and reshape the shape until you have it the way you want it. When you have everything the way you like it, go Layers/Convert to Raster Layer.
