8. To add some depth to the cookie, let's add an inner bevel.
On your top toolbar, click on Image/Effects/Inner Bevel.
Choose the following settings, then click ok.

It should look like this:

9. On your top toolbar, click on selections/modify/contract.
When this window pops up, contract the selection by 12.

10. With the fill bucket still selected, left click on the selection to frost the cookie.

To finish the frosting, let's add another inner bevel.
On your to toolbar, click on image/effects/Inner Bevel.
When this window pops up, choose the following settings, then click ok.

11. Time to decorate the cookie with red sprinkles!
Click on the eyedropper

again from you left toolbar.
Now, move your mouse over the color palette, and left click on the color you want to use for your sprinkles. I used red for this tutorial.
On your top toolbar, click on Layers/New Raster Layer.
Name this layer red sprinkles.

Select the fill bucket

again on your left toolbar.
Left click on your selection to flood fill red.
