1. My graphics may be used on family-friendly "G-Rated" web sites only. My graphics are not to be used on web sites containing hate, profanity, or pornography.

2. Pumpkin Ridge Creations backgrounds are link~ware graphics. Meaning, you must provide a link back to my site on each and every page you use my backgrounds. You can do this with a logo provided, or with a simple text link.

3. Graphics groups may use my tutorials as long as you use a link to my website only and do not remove anything. Emailing the actual page to the group, and saving my graphics to your group files is not allowed.

4. You may not copy/alter/redistribute/claim as your own, anything on this website.

5. What you make with my tubes/masks/frames/selections/photos/shapes/tutorials are yours to do with as you please.

6. Download the graphics to your own computer and upload them to your own website/server. Do not link directly to my graphics, that is called Bandwidth Theft, and it slows my website down for everybody. I also change the name of my files from time to time. If you do link to the graphics on my website, you could end up with an empty website. If you have trouble downloading anything, email me and I will be glad to send it to you!
